Stellar was born out of the common passion of two people,
Joel Meyerson and Louw Leonard, whose shared passion for energy solutions has been fuelled by the constant disappointment of Eskom.

Louw, a qualified electrician with years of experience, but 4 years ago, shifted his direction slightly to focus on the exciting area of solar energy.

 

Joel has 20 years in the security and CCTV business and identified back then that clients needed an alternative power source for these systems.

In addition to this, he started installing (DC) battery solutions for every new client. Helping run a variety of electronic devices from desktop computers to gate motors. This led to the start of installing inverter systems for new and old clients.
 

So naturally, they came together to form Stellar Solar Solutions,
whose shared vision is to be able to help frustrated South Africans become self-sufficient through the use of alternative power solutions.
It’s for this reason that they partner with only the top-rated suppliers
in an effort to avoid the often unspoken shortfalls of inferior products. Upon consultation, they dually aim to assist clients from an educational perspective as to what is available to them within their respective budgets. Knowing that these things are buildable but essential.

Their mission is to connect South Africans to the best possible
solutions for their alternative power needs and they do this by
looking at households, commercial and industrial property holistically and making recommendations that always have the client front of mind.
